Day 1 | Scrum Fundamentals
On day 1 of the challenge, we'll dive into the fundamentals of Scrum. You'll learn the basic principles and values of Scrum, and understand how they can be applied to your life and business. We'll also cover the Scrum framework and show you how to create a Scrum backlog.
Day 2 | Scrum Roles and Responsibilities
On day 2, we'll discuss Scrum roles and responsibilities. You'll learn about the key roles in Scrum, such as Scrum Master and Product Owner, and how they work together to achieve success. We'll also discuss how to identify and overcome obstacles in the Scrum process.
Day 3 | Scrum Events and Artifacts
On day 3, we'll cover Scrum events and artifacts. You'll learn about the different events in the Scrum framework, such as Sprint Planning and Daily Scrum, and how to use them effectively. We'll also discuss Scrum artifacts, including the Sprint Backlog and Product Increment.
Day 4 | Applying Scrum in Your Life and Business
On day 4, we'll show you how to apply Scrum in your personal and professional life. You'll learn how to use Scrum to manage your time and resources, and how to use it to enhance your team's productivity and performance. We'll also discuss how to adapt Scrum to your specific needs and goals.
Day 5 | Getting Certified as a Scrum Master
On the final day of the challenge, we'll guide you towards becoming a professional Scrum Master. You'll learn the skills and qualifications needed to become certified as a Scrum Master, and we'll provide you with resources to help you get started on your journey towards a successful Scrum career.

Important Topics first: I’m a mom and a plantain lover! Okay, now that’s out of the way…. I’d like to thank you for being here.
My journey began with the difficult decision to end my marriage and navigate the uncharted waters of single motherhood. The responsibility of raising my three children as a single mother was an immense challenge. Balancing the emotional rollercoaster and financial toll of divorce was hard.
Despite all these things, I refused to let my circumstances define me. My resilience is largely due to the love and support from my family. My brother gut punched me one day by saying, “You can’t be broke AND broken hearted!” Those words were like fuel, and they motivated me to harness my inner strength and my deep love for my children. I channeled all my energy into building a new life. This new life is now filled with endless possibilities!
In the middle of a pandemic, while I worked full time, while single parenting, while I homeschooled and amidst recovering from divorce, I embraced yet another challenge—learning Scrum! Within 90 days of commitment and being around new accountability partners, I learned a new skill set and received a job offer of $110,000.
I have since been able to travel with my children throughout the year, I retired my parents, and I purchased my 1st home. For the first time—I bought the exact car that I wanted, not just the “car I could afford and had to settle for.” That was a new feeling! I have become more financially conscious and have peace of mind because I am not living paycheck to paycheck or worried about how I will support my family. I am now on a mission to help anyone else looking to make the seemingly impossible, possible.

- Yes, the Scrum Challenge is a live event where participants will engage in Virtual real-time activities, discussions, and interactive sessions with instructors and fellow participants. What If I Can't Make It Every Day?
